CIMA is a comprehensive security app that provides end users with security tools including Digital Bodyguard, real-time tracking, SOS Alerts, Crime Alerts, News Updates, Car Tracking, and emergency assistance.

When you create or modify a CIMA account, update your preferences, contact us (including by social media or via our support channels), participate in surveys, or otherwise interact with CIMA's Products and Services, we may collect a variety of information, including:
- Account Information: Your username, email address, real name, mobile phone number, password, and profile photo if you choose to provide one. We also collect information about when you created your account and your security preferences.
- Emergency Contact Information: When you set up emergency contacts for SOS Alerts and emergency assistance features, we collect the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your designated emergency contacts.
- Identity Verification: For certain security features like Digital Bodyguard and enhanced emergency services, we may collect biometric data (fingerprint or facial recognition data) to verify your identity and ensure secure access to your account.
- Vehicle Information: For our Car Tracking feature, you may provide vehicle details such as make, model, year, license plate number, and VIN for accurate tracking and identification.

- Camera and Media Access: With your permission, we may access your device's camera to capture photos or videos for security reports, incident documentation, or emergency assistance. We may also access your media library to allow you to attach evidence to security reports.
- Contact Information: With your permission, we may access your device's contact list to help you quickly add emergency contacts or share security alerts with trusted individuals.
- App Usage Information: Information about how you interact with our app, including features used, time spent in the app, settings configured, security alerts viewed, and user interface interactions.
