These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CIMA mobile application ("App") operated by CIMATECH ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this App.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Description of Services

CIMA provides real-time location sharing and safety tracking services, including but not limited to:

• Circle Tracking (Family, Corporate, and School use cases)
• Digital Bodyguard (live location monitoring)

5. Location Data Usage

The App collects and processes your location data to provide real-time tracking features.

• Your location is only shared with users or groups ("Circles") you explicitly authorize.
• Location data may be collected even when the app is running in the background (if permission is granted).
• You can disable location sharing at any time in your device settings.

6. Subscription Services

6.1 General

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium Features"), including Digital Bodyguard and Circle Tracking.

6.2 iOS (Apple App Store)

• Subscriptions are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.

6.3 Android / Web

• Subscriptions may be purchased via third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack, card payments, or other supported gateways).
• Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase.

6.4 Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed within the App and may vary based on region, platform, and plan duration (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly).

6.5 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store policies).

7. Free Features

Some features of the App are available without a subscription.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful tracking or surveillance
• Track individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

10. Intellectual Property

11. Service Availability

CIMA is a technology platform and does not guarantee user safety. We are not liable for any damages, incidents, or losses arising from:

• Use or misuse of location tracking
• Inaccurate or delayed location data
• Failure of third-party services (GPS, internet, etc.)

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access the App via Apple devices:

• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
• Any claims related to the App are between you and CIMATECH.
